1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 8x88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on 8x88, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Security and Responsibility

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8x88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a general term in this document and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount and the applicable multiplier for each offer. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8x88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures in a manner not intended by 8x88.

• Registering while under the age of 21, or assisting any underage person in accessing 8x88. 8x88 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will cooperate fully with any investigation into underage gambling.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8x88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of 8x88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8x88 platform without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of 8x88's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

8x88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption and that games function correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. 8x88 will not be liable for losses resulting from: technical failures, connectivity issues, errors in third-party game software, server outages, or scheduled maintenance periods that are communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8x88's total aggregate liability to any player — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8x88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

8x88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased immediately — an increase request requires a minimum 7-day waiting period before taking effect.

Where changes are material and affect existing player rights or obligations, 8x88 will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance through the platform or via their registered contact details.

If you disagree with any material change to these Terms, your only recourse is to close your account and withdraw any available balance before the change takes effect. Continued use of 8x88 after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8x88 operates an internal dispute resolution process as the first point of contact for any player complaint. To raise a dispute, players must contact 8x88 support with full details of the complaint within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 8x88 will acknowledge the complaint within 72 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 8x88's internal process, the player may seek resolution through other available legal channels. 8x88 does not waive any rights or defences available to it under applicable law by agreeing to engage in informal dispute resolution in the first instance. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
